State Champ Men
The Knox Raiders State Cham Men had a good win over the weekend 81-73 against the Waverley Falcons. The Men showed their team depth after having a slow first quarter losing 21-16 to then finish the game with five players in double figures and a win. Dylan Hare (15pts, 3rbds, 6asts) was the leading scorer for the Raiders and Ryan Oirbans (6pts, 17rbds, 2asts) dominated the boards. Daniel Dillon (24pts, 3rbds, 6asts) was an outstanding performer for the Waverley Falcons.
The State Men are sitting 5thon the ladder with 10 wins and 6 losses for the season.
State Champ Women
The State Champ Women spent the week hard at training with another bye for the weekend.
The Women remain on top of the ladder with 11 wins and only 2 losses for the season.
Victorian Youth Champ Men
The Youth Champ Men unfortunately had two close losses this weekend. First up was against the Diamond Valley Eagles going down 71-68. The Raiders came out to a good start winning the first quarter 23-12 but the Eagles bounced back and it became a battle right down to the final buzzer. Ethan Woodward (21pts, 9rbds, 4asts) was an outstanding performer for the Raiders being the top scorer and top rebounder. The Raiders had an impressive 20 steals for the game showing the Raiders high intensity on defense. Next up was against the Keilor Thunder with the Raiders losing 86-98. The Raiders being consistent with their defensive pressure had another 18 steals for the game. Malik Meunier (21pts, 5rbds, 5asts) and Colin Shaw (21pts, 1rbd, 1ast) were the top scorers for the Raiders.

Victorian Youth Champ Women
The Youth Champ Women had a much-needed weekend with two wins. First up was a win in a tough game against the Diamond Valley Eagles 71-60. The Raiders had four players in double figures for the game with Eliana Bravington (22pts, 17rbds, 1blk) being the leading scorer and rebounder. The Raiders shot at a strong 47% from the field no doubt contributing to the win in such a tough game. Hungry for another win to start climbing their way to finals the Raiders came out with an impressive 83-53 win over the Hume City Broncos. Showing consistency as a team the Raiders shot at a strong 45% from the field. Eliana Bravington (19pts, 12rbs, 3blks) and Emily Fisher (18pts, 8rbds, 5asts) were both outstanding performers for the Raiders with Eliana recording a double-double.
