Rep-Ready Sessions

If you have played representative basketball before, you can skip past this section.

With 2021 VJBL trials fast approaching, Knox Raiders is launching its “Rep Ready” program. This year the program is a free 5-week online skills training program for domestic only players who may be considering representative basketball in 2021.

Basketball has been limited in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, however, with easing of restrictions on the horizon this program is a fantastic way to get a ball back in the hands and great preparation for a return to the court!

Some of our  2021 Knox Raiders under 12 team coaches will provide specialist teaching on a Zoom video training sessions each week.

This program focuses on teaching the fundamental skills required to start your basketball representative career. All your child needs access to in order to participate in this program is:

  • A basketball (size 6 is preferred)
  • Enough space with a flat, hard surface in which a basketball can be bounced safely
  • A laptop or mobile device with video and internet capability

The program will tip-off on Sunday 11 October 2020 and run every week for 5 weeks. Make sure you register using the below link to secure a place for your child. You will receive an email with  Zoom video link and all the required information.
